Centered Climbing
Our unique approach to teaching rockclimbing is based on training in body awareness, balance rather than strength, and centered movement derived form Tai Chi, Yoga, and "inner game: training. Carefully graduated instruction in ropes, belaying, and movement over easy rock allow each climber to move at his or her own pace and select climbs of suitable challenge in a safe and supportive climate.

5 DAY TEEN ROCKCAMP
Exposing teens to the thriving sport of rock climbing, this camp covers the basic and some intermediate climbing techniques. We offer a supportive environment for learning climbing which can develop self esteem, confidence, health, and new understanding of our bodies.
