Outdoor Skills Training
Outdoor Skills Workshops provide specialized training in such technical outdoor skills as rock climbing, backcountry and telemark skiing, wilderness backpacking, mountaineering, canyoneering, and whitewater rafting. Our approach focuses on innovative ways to learn these skills that are holistic and focus on self-awareness and the integration of mind/body learning. Our emphasis is on safe procedures, sound environmental practice, and exploring personal limits. Our interest is on how these activities can become lifelong practices.
